高职院校体验式创新创业教育探索

Exploration of Experiential Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges

创新是引领经济和社会发展的重要推动力。培育高质量的高职创新创业人才,有利于为国家高质量发展储备大量优秀的后备力量。但目前高职院校创新创业教育存在优质师资不足、教材不完善、课程不成体系、实践基地欠缺、教学方法有待提升、评价考核体系不足等问题。因此,本文通过体验式教学,在课程教研创新、实习实训优化、教育资源拓展、课程思政融合等方面提出优化路径与建议,从而完善高职院校创新创业教育。

Innovation is an important driving force for economic and social development.Cultivating high-quality vocational innovation and entrepreneurship talents is conducive to reserving a large number of excellent reserve forces for the high-quality development of the country.However,there are currently problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,such as insufficient high-quality teachers,incomplete textbooks,incomplete curriculum,lack of practical bases,need for improvement in teaching methods,and insufficient evaluation and assessment systems.Therefore,this article proposes optimization paths and suggestions in curriculum research innovation,internship and practical training optimization,educational resource expansion,and curriculum ideological and political integration through experiential teaching,in order to improve innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.
