天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Addition and Reduction of Tianma Guteng Decoction on Hypertension

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2021年4月至2022年8月大连市金州区中医医院收治的104例高血压患者作为研究对象,应用随机抽签的原则分为对照组与观察组,各52例。对照组予以硝苯地平缓释片,观察组在对照组基础上使用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组头晕目眩、面红耳赤、口干口苦、烦躁易怒评分低于对照组(P<0.05);收缩压和舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05);生理功能、活力、情感职能、总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低血压水平,提高生命质量,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of addition and reduction of Tianma Guteng decoction in treating hypertension.Methods A total of 104 hypertensive patients admitted to Jinzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Dalian City from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random drawing principle,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Guteng decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of dizziness,red face,dry mouth and bitter mouth,irritability and irritability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The scores of physiological function,vitality,emotional function and overall health were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of addition and reduction of Tianma Guteng decoction in the treatment of hypertension is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of blood pressure,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
