达格列净与西格列汀对肥胖2型糖尿病患者疗效及脂代谢指标的影响

Effects of Dagliprazin and Sitagliptin on the Efficacy and Lipid Metabolism Indexes of Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨达格列净与西格列汀对肥胖2型糖尿病患者疗效及脂代谢指标的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月内蒙古自治区第四医院收治的68例肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以双盲法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组34例。对照组予以西格列汀,试验组采用达格列净治疗,比较两组疗效及脂代谢指标。结果试验组治疗有效率97.06%高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05);治疗前两组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组TC、TG以及LDL-C水平降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达格列净相较于西格列汀对肥胖2型糖尿病具有更好的疗效,可以有效改善患者血糖以及脂代谢水平。

Objective To explore the effects of dagliprazin and sitagliptin on the efficacy and lipid metabolism indexes of obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty-eight obese patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into test group and control group by double-blind method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sitagliptin,and the experimental group was treated with dagliprazin.The efficacy and lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of experimental group was 97.06% higher than that of control group(79.41%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sitagliptin,dagliprazin has a better effect on obese type 2 diabetes mellitus and can effectively improve the level of blood sugar and lipid metabolism in patients.
