补肾利湿化瘀汤对慢性前列腺炎患者排尿功能及炎症因子的影响

Effects of Bushen Lishi Huayu Decoction on Urination Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

目的 探讨补肾利湿化瘀汤应用于慢性前列腺炎患者的价值。方法 选取江苏省兴化市中医院于2020年1月—2023年6月收治的70例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为A组和B组,各35例。A组施以左氧氟沙星治疗,B组在A组基础上施以补肾利湿化瘀汤治疗。对比两组疗效、慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index,NIHCPSI)、最大尿流率、平均尿流率、γ干扰素(interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)水平。结果 B组总有效率(97.14%)高于A组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.466,P<0.05)。治疗后,与A组比较,B组的NIH-CPSI、血清IFN-γ、TNF-α水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与A组比较,B组最大尿流率、平均尿流率更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论补肾利湿化瘀汤应用于慢性前列腺炎患者中能提高疗效,改善排尿功能,缓解炎症。

Objective To explore the value of Bushen Lishi Huayu Decoction in chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to Xinghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into group A and Group B according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Group A was treated with levofloxacin,group B was treated with Bushen Lishi Huayu Decoction on the basis of group A.The curative effect,National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI),maximum urine flow rate,average urine flow rate,gamma interferon(IFN-γ),and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B(97.14%) was higher than that of group A(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.466,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHCPSI,serum IFN-γ and TNF-α levels in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with group A,the maximum urine flow rate and average urine flow rate in group B were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Bushen Lishi Huayu Decoction in patients with chronic prostattis can improve the curative effect,improve urination function,relieve inflammation.
