健肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Jianshen Zhuanggu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Perimeno-pausal Osteoporosis

目的 探究围绝经期骨质疏松症患者接受健肾壮骨汤+西药治疗的效果。方法 选取2023年2月—2024年1月广州开发区医院收治的92例围绝经期骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,通过掷骰子法分为西药组、联合组,各46例。西药组行西药治疗,联合组加用健肾壮骨汤治疗。比较两组骨密度指标、骨代谢情况、炎症反应、治疗总有效率。结果 治疗前,两组股骨颈、腰椎骨密度,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后联合组股骨颈、腰椎骨密度高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前两组骨代谢指标比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,与西药组比较,联合组碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽更低,骨钙素更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组炎症指标明显低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率(95.65%)高于西药组(78.26%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.133,P=0.013)。结论 健肾壮骨汤+西药的抗炎效果好,能调节骨代谢状态并提升患者的骨密度,建议围绝经期骨质疏松症患者选择。

Objective To explore the effect of Jianshen Zhuanggu Decoction+Western medicine on perimenopausal osteoporosis.Methods A total of ninety-two patients with perimenopausal osteoporosis in Guangzhou Development Zone Hospital from Febuary 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into Western medicine group and combined group by rolling dice method,with 46 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with Western medicine,and the combined group was added to Jianshen Zhuanggu Decoction for treatment.Bone mineral density index,bone metabolism,inflammatory response and total effective rate were compared between two groups.Results Bone mineral density of femoral neck bone and lumbar spine of two groups were measured before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (both P>0.05).Bone mineral density of femoral neck bone and lumbar spine in the combined group were higher than those of Western medicine group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in bone metabolism between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,alkaline phosphatase and synthetic procollagenⅠN-terminal propeptide were lower in the combined group,bone Gla-protein was higher in the combined group compared with Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).There was no difference in the inflammatory indexes between two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The inflammation index after treatment was significantly lower in the combined group than that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined group (95.65%) was higher than that in the Western medicine group (78.26%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=6.133,P=0.013).Conclusion Jianshen Zhuanggu Decoction+Western medicine has good anti-inflammatory effect,can regulate bone metabolism and improve the bone mineral density of patients,it is recommended to choose perimenopausal osteoporosis patients.
