经胸超声心动图在新生儿卵圆孔未闭中的应用价值

Application Value of Transthoracic Echocardiography in Neonatal Patent Foramen Ovale

目的 评价经胸超声心动图在新生儿卵圆孔未闭筛查中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年6月—2023年5月在宜兴市中医医院接受检查的100例疑似卵圆孔未闭新生儿为研究对象,均行经胸超声心动图筛查,以临床综合确诊结果为金标准,分析诊断效能。结果 经临床综合诊断,新生儿卵圆孔未闭阳性82例,占比82.00%;采用经胸超声心动图检查,阳性检出81例,占比81.00%。经胸超声心动图的灵敏度为98.78%,特异度为100.00%,准确度为99.00%,kappa值为0.967。结论 针对新生儿卵圆孔未闭疾病进行筛查工作时,采用经胸超声心动图技术,有较高的准确度、灵敏度、特异度。

Objective To evaluate the application value of transthoracic echocardiography in screening for neonatal patent foramen ovale disease.Methods A total of 100 suspected neonatal patent foramen ovale cases were selected admitted to Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.Transthoracic echocardiography screening was performed,and clinical comprehensive diagnosis results were used as the gold standard.Analysis and diagnosis efficiency.Results By comprehensive clinical diagnosis,82 cases(82.00%) were positive for patent foramen ovale.By transthoracic echocardiography,81 positive cases were detected,accounting for 81.00%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transthoracic echocardiography were 98.78%,100.00%,99.00%,and kappa value was 0.967.Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in screening for neonatal patent foramen ovale disease.
