磁共振成像在脑梗死中诊断的效果及准确度刍议

摘要 目的 探析磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)对脑梗死患者诊断的临床价值。方法 选择2022年5月—2023年5月新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院收治的70例疑似脑梗死患者为研究对象,所有患者同时接受CT、MRI检查,将数字减影血管造影检查作为金标准,比较CT及MRI检查的诊断效能。结果 数字减影血管造影检查结果显示,63例患者确诊为脑梗死。MRI检查对疑似脑梗死患者的检出率为88.57%,CT检查对疑似脑梗死患者的检出率为80.00%。MRI检查的灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值均高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。MRI检查的准确度为95.71%,高于CT检查的75.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.390,P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死患者应用MRI检查对于病情判断评估有较高的指导价值,对于保障患者的健康及预后有重要意义。 Objective To explore the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 70 patients with suspected cerebral infarction admitted to the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from May 2022 to May 2023were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations at the same time.Digital subtraction angiography was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of CT and MRI examinations.Results The results of digital subtraction angiography showed that 63 patients were diagnosed with cerebral infarction.The detection rate of MRI in patients with suspected cerebral infarction was 88.57%,and the detection rate of CT in patients with suspected cerebral infarction was 80.00%.The sensitivity,specificity and negative predictive value of MRI were higher than those of CT,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The accuracy of MRI examination was 95.71%,which was higher than that of CT examination(75.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.390,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MRI in patients with cerebral infarction has a high guiding value for the judgment and evaluation of the disease,and is of great significance for ensuring the health and prognosis of patients.
