磁共振动脉自旋标记及磁共振弥散加权成像在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用进展

Application Progress of Magnetic Resonance Three-dimensional Arterial Spin Labeling and Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Weighted Imaging in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是一种高病死率的脑血管疾病,对人类的健康影响极其深远。目前,磁共振动脉自旋标记(three-dimensional arterial spin labeling,3D-ASL)及磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)逐步投入实践之中,在诊断AIS方面已发挥了一定的作用。本文将综述3D-ASL、DWI技术在临床诊治AIS中的应用情况,为接下来的研究提供依据。

Acute ischemic stroke(AIS) is a cerebrovascular disease with a high mortality rate and has a profound impact on human health.At present,magnetic resonance three-dimensional arterial spin labeling(3D-ASL) and magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) technology are gradually used in clinical practice,and have played a certain role in the diagnosis of AIS.This paper will focus on the application of 3DASL and DWI technology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIS,in order to provide reference for the subsequent research progress.
