巴曲酶联合高压氧对突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Batroxobin Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的 研究巴曲酶联合高压氧对突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效。方法 目的选取涟水县人民医院于2020年2月—2023年6月收治的88例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予巴曲酶注射液。对比观察两组患者临床疗效、听阈值、血流动力学指标。结果 研究组的总有效率(97.73%)高于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组听阈值和血流动力学指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 巴曲酶联合高压氧治疗可以提高突发性耳聋患者的治疗效果,恢复患者听力,并改善血流动力学指标。

Objective To study the clinical effect of batroxobin combined with hyperbaric oxygen on patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 88 patients with sudden deafness treated in Lianshui County People's Hospital from February 2020 to June 2023 were purposefully selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received batroxobin injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,auditory threshold and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.73%) was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold and hemodynamic indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with sudden deafness,restore the hearing of patients,and improve the hemodynamic index.
