摘要
目的探讨坦索罗辛配合输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术在输尿管结石患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2021年12月至2023年10月万年县中医院收治的86例输尿管结石患者,按随机数字表法分两组,各43例。对照组予以输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,观察组术后加用坦索罗辛。对比两组结石排净率、尿路感染发生率、肾功能指标、临床症状积分、生活质量。结果观察组结石排净率高于对照组,尿路感染发生率低于对照组,尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、腹部绞痛积分、尿频尿急积分、血尿积分、恶心呕吐积分均低于对照组,世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)中的心理评分、精神评分、环境评分、生理评分、社会关系评分、独立性评分、一般健康和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坦索罗辛配合输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术可以增强排石效果,减少尿路感染,促进术后症状恢复,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tamsulosin combined with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy(UHLL)in patients with ureteral calculi.Methods 86 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to Wannian County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with UHLL,and the observation group were treated with tamsulosin combined with UHLL.The stone free rate,incidence of urinary tract infection,renal function indicators,clinical symptom scores,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The stone free rate of the observation group was higher than the control group;the incidence of urinary tract infection was lower than in the control group;the blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,abdominal colic score,urinary frequency,urgency score,hematuria score,nausea and vomiting scorein the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the psychological score,mental score,environmental score,physiological score,social relationship score,independence score,and general health and quality of life score in the WHOQOL-100 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin combined with UHLL can enhance the effect of stone removal,reduce urinary tract infection,promote the recovery of postoperative symptoms,and improve the quality of life.
