彩色多普勒超声与介入性超声在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值研究

Application Value Research of Color Doppler Ultrasound and Interventional Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声和介入性超声对于乳腺肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月本院接收的146例乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,均采用介入性超声与彩色多普勒超声(彩超)检查,并以手术病理结果作为金标准,对两组超声方式的诊断准确度、敏感度、特异性以及阳性预测值、阴性预测值等相关指标进行分析。结果介入性超声检查的检查准确度为91.8%,显著高于彩超检查的71.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,介入超声检查乳腺肿瘤的敏感度、阴性预测值都高于彩超检查,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩超和介入性超声都可有效检查乳腺肿瘤,但介入性超声的诊断准确度更高,更具临床应用价值。

Objective To explore clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound and interventional ultrasound in diagnosis of breast tumors.Method The paper chose 146 breast tumor patients admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as research subjects,examined with interventional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS),compared diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and other related indicators of two ultrasound methods with reference gold standard of surgical pathological results.Results Accuracy of interventional ultrasound examination was 91.8%,significantly higher than 71.2%of color ultrasound examination,P<0.05.Sensitivity and negative predictive value of interventional ultrasound examination for breast tumors was higher than color ultrasound examination,with P<0.05.Conclusion Both color ultrasound and interventional ultrasound can detect breast tumors effectively,but interventional ultrasound has higher diagnostic accuracy and clinical application value.
