普米克令舒联合沙丁胺醇吸入治疗小儿哮喘临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Combination of Pulmicort Respules and Salbutamol Inhalation in Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

目的观察普米克令舒联合沙丁胺醇吸入治疗小儿哮喘临床效果及安全性。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月本院收治的90例小儿哮喘患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。其中,对照组采用沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组采用沙丁胺醇联合普米克令舒治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果观察组症状缓解时间均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺部功能高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘治疗采用普米克令舒联合沙丁胺醇,能够有效改善患儿肺部功能,缩短症状的缓解时间,具有较高的治疗有效率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe effect and safety of inhalation therapy with combination of pulmicort respules and salbutamol on pediatric asthma.Methods The paper chose 90 pediatric patients from March 2021 to mid March 2023 in our hospital as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 45 cases in each group:control group(treated with salbutamol)and observation group(with salbutamol+pulmicort respules).Clinical treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results Symptom relief time in observation group was lower than control group,lung function was higher than control group,effective rate of treatment was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of pulmicort respules and salbutamol can effectively improve lung function,shorten symptom relief time of pediatric asthma,which has high treatment efficiency and is worth promoting.
