介入治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能情况的疗效及优势研究

Effect and Advantages Study of Interventional Therapy for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Left Ventricular Insufficiency

目的研究介入治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能情况的疗效及优势。方法在2021年1月—2022年5月本院收治的冠心病合并左心功能不全患者中选取78例作为研究对象,依据随机分组法将其分成两组,每组39例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组应用介入治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标、心功能分级情况、6min步行距离与N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后研究组心功能指标优于对照组;研究组患者心功能分级改善情况优于对照组;研究组患者6min步行距离高于对照组,NT-proBNP水平低于对照组;研究组生活质量评分高于对照组;研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组。以上数据对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并左心功能不全患者应用介入治疗效果更理想,不仅能够提高治疗效果,还具有较高的安全性。

Objective To study curative effect and advantages of interventional treatment on cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart failure.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups according to the random grouping method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine drug treatment,while study group with interventional treatment.Clinical effect,cardiac function indicators before and after treatment,improvement in cardiac function grading,6-minute walking distance,N-terminal proBNP levels,life quality scores,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than control group.After treatment,heart function indicators of study group were better than control group;improvement of cardiac function grading in study group was better than control group;6-minute walking distance was higher than control group,and the NT proBNP level was lower than control group.Life quality scores of study group were higher than control group.Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group,data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy is more effective for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart failure,can improve treatment effect with high safety.
