Positive Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monitoring on Clinical Medication

目的研究分析中药学监护对临床用药的积极作用。方法选取2021年4月—2023年8月在本院进行中药治疗的284例患者作为研究对象,并将患者随机分为Y组(n=143)和X组(n=141),对两组患者均以中药内服方法进行治疗,对X组患者予以中药学监护方式进行干预与管理,针对两组患者中所存在不合理用药的实际状况、药源性不良反应等情况进行统计与对比分析。结果Y组患者不合理用药率高于X组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Y组患者药源性不良反应率高于X组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医临床用药过程中及时开展中药学监护工作,对减少不合理用药现象、促进临床用药出现不良反应的可能性得到有效下降等方面均具有重要作用。

Objective To study and analyze the positive effects of traditional Chinese medicine monitoring on clinical medication.Methods 284 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into Y group(n=143)and X group(n=141).Both groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally,and X group patients were intervened and managed through traditional Chinese medicine monitoring.Statistical and comparative analysis was conducted on the actual situation of unreasonable drug use and drug-induced adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of irrational drug use in Group Y was higher than that in Group X,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The incidence of drug-induced adverse reactions in group Y was higher than that in group X,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely implementation of traditional Chinese medicine monitoring work in the clinical medication process of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in reducing irrational drug use and effectively reducing the possibility of adverse reactions in clinical medication.
