基于图文沟通模式下的宣教护理对无偿献血者疼痛程度和心理感受的影响

Effect of Education and Nursing Based on Graphic Communication Mode on Pain Level and Psychological Perception of Voluntary Blood Donors

目的探讨基于图文沟通模式下的宣教护理对无偿献血者疼痛程度和心理感受的影响。方法将2021年1—12月在惠州市中心血站献血的834例无偿献血者作为研究对象,将2021年1—6月的413名献血者设为对照组,将2021年7—12月的421名献血者设为观察组。对照组给予健康征询、书面告知、健康指导等常规护理,观察组于常规护理基础上给予基于图文沟通模式下的宣教护理。对比两组献血者的疼痛程度、心理感受情况、献血不良反应及一年内再献血率。结果观察组献血时视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组献血者无偿献血行为自评量表献血前情绪、献血认知、献血感知维度得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组献血后总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组献血者一年内再献血率高于对照组。以上数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无偿献血者进行基于图文沟通模式下的宣教护理可以减轻其献血时疼痛程度,改善其心理感受,减少献血不良反应的发生,且能增加献血者一年内再献血率。

Objective To explore effect of education and nursing based on graphic communication mode on pain level and psychological perception of voluntary blood donors.Methods The paper chose 834 voluntary blood donors at Huizhou City Central Blood Station from January 2021 to December 2021 as study subjects,413 blood donors from January 2021 to June 2021 were included in control group,and 421 blood donors from July 2021 to December 2021 in observation group.Control group was treated with routine nursing including health consultation,written notification,and health guidance,while observation group with education and nursing based on graphic communication mode on the basis of routine nursing.Degree of pain,psychological perception,adverse reactions to blood donation,and rate of redonation within one year was compared between two groups.Results Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of observation group during blood donation were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of self-assessment scale for voluntary blood donation behavior of blood donors in observation group were lower than control group in terms of pre donation emotions,blood donation cognition,and blood donation perception dimensions,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Total incidence of adverse reactions after blood donation in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Redonation rate of blood donors in observation group within one year was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Education and nursing based on graphic communication mode can alleviate pain level during blood donation,improve psychological perception,reduce incidence of adverse reactions to blood donation,and increase redonation rate of voluntary blood donors within one year.
