基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理对脑梗死患者康复情况及健康素养的影响

Effect of Staged Nursing Based on Compliance Curve Changes for Rehabilitation and Health Literacy of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理对脑梗死患者康复情况及健康素养的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月本院收治的84例脑梗死治疗患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。其中,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理,对两组患者干预效果进行比较。结果干预后,观察组心理状态评分、日常生活活动能力评分较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我效能评分、简易智力状态检查量表评分(MMSE)较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理干预用于脑梗死患者康复治疗中,可提升患者的依从性和自我效能,采用针对性的阶段护理配合患者依从性曲线变化,达到最优的护理目的和效率。

Objective To explore effect of staged nursing based on compliance curve changes on rehabilitation status and health literacy of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with phased care based on compliance curve changes.Intervention effect was compared between two groups.Results After intervention,psychological status scores and daily living activity scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Self-effect scores and Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged nursing intervention based on variation law of compliance curve can improve compliance and self-effect in rehabilitation treatment of cerebral infarction patients.Targeted staged nursing combined with variation of patients compliance curve can achieve optimal nursing objectives and efficiency.
