高回声小肾肿瘤定性诊断中超声造影检查的作用

Effect of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound in Qualitative Diagnosis of High Echogenicity Small Renal Tumors

目的探究高回声小肾肿瘤定性诊断中超声造影检查的作用。方法将本院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的96例术前或是穿刺前检查患者作为研究对象,一共有100个高回声小肾肿瘤,对其实施常规诊断与超声造影检查,对比两种检查诊断效果,并统计超声造影检查的影像学结果。结果良性病灶(n=54)影像学特征:受检者的病灶内部无回声区,也无血流信号,增强时呈同进同退状态;达到顶峰时,受检者影像学图像呈现出均匀等增强;消退后,受检者也呈现出等增强。恶性病灶(n=46)的影像学特征主要是以无回声区为主。超声造影检查组的准确率高于常规诊断组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规超声检查与超声造影检查对高回声小肾肿瘤患者的定性均有一定作用,且可以掌握患者的病情,但是与常规诊断比较,高回声小肾肿瘤患者实施超声造影检查,可以明确良性病灶与恶性病灶的影像学情况,并提升其诊断准确率,为其在之后获得针对性且可靠治疗奠定基础,值得推荐。

Objective To explore effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in qualitative diagnosis of high echogenicity small renal tumors.Methods The paper chose 96 patients with preoperative or puncture examinations in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,with 100 high echogenicity small renal tumors diagnosed with routine and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Diagnostic effect was compared between two groups,imaging results of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were statistically analyzed.Results Imaging features of benign lesions(n=54)showed that there was no echo area or blood flow signal inside lesion of subjects,with state of simultaneous progression and regression during enhancement.Imaging image of subjects showed uniform and equal enhancement while reaching its peak.After regression,subjects also showed equal enhancement.Imaging features of malignant lesions(n=46)were mainly based on anechoic areas.Accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination group was higher than routine diagnosis group,comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both routine ultrasound examination and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination can achieve some certain effect on qualitative assessment of patients with high echogenicity small renal tumors,can grasp condition of patients.However,compared with routine diagnosis,contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination can clarify imaging situation of benign and malignant lesions of patients with high echogenicity small renal tumors,improve diagnostic accuracy,and lay foundation for targeted and reliable treatment in future,which is worth recommending.
