培土清心方治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效及对患者行为影响的研究现状

摘要 特应性皮炎作为临床与遗传、过敏等因素密切相关的慢性炎症皮肤病,以瘙痒、渗出与多形性皮损作为主要的临床表现。近年来,临床特应性皮炎发病率逐年递增,中医药治疗优势渐显,尤其将培土清心方用于特应性皮炎疗效显著。本文对近年来临床有关培土清心方治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效及其对患者行为影响的研究成果进行概述总结,为临床使用培土清心方中医用药治疗特应性皮炎提供依据。 Atopic dermatitis,as a chronic inflammatory skin disease closely related to genetic and allergic factors,has main clinical manifestations of itching,exudation,and polymorphic skin lesions.with increasing incidence of clinical atopic dermatitis in recent years,advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment have gradually become apparent,especially cultivating soil and clearing the heart formula can achieve significant curative effect on atopic dermatitis.The paper collects and summarizes clinical effect of cultivating soil and clearing the heart formula for atopic dermatitis in recent years,and research results of effect on behavior of patients,to provide basis for clinical application of cultivating soil and clearing the heart formula in traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of atopic dermatitis.
