血清肿瘤标志物联合检验诊断结直肠癌的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Combined Serum Tumor Marker Testing in Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

目的探究血清肿瘤标志物联合检验诊断结直肠癌的效果。方法纳入2022年3月—2023年3月本院接收的结直肠癌患者(100例)、结直肠良性病变患者(100例)、健康体检者(100例)为研究对象,并将其分为结直肠癌组、结直肠良性病变组、健康对照组。所有受检者均接受血清肿瘤标志物检测。对各组的血清肿瘤标志物表达进行研究,分析联合诊断的效能。结果结直肠癌组的各项血清肿瘤标志物水平均比良性病变组高,大于健康对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。诊断效能方面,联合检测的结直肠癌诊断准确度比各血清肿瘤标志物单独诊断的准确性更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平相较于良性病变患者呈现升高,联合检测有助于提升诊断效果,为患者尽早制定治疗方案,改善预后状况。

Objective To explore effect of serum tumor marker combined detection in diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods The paper chose patients with colorectal cancer,benign colorectal lesions,and healthy individuals with physical examination from March 2022 to March 2023,as colorectal cancer group,benign colorectal lesions group,and healthy control group respectively.All subjects were treated with serum tumor marker testing.Expression of serum tumor markers in each group was studied,effect of combined diagnosis was analyzed.Results Levels of various serum tumor markers in colorectal cancer group were higher than benign lesion group and healthy control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).In terms of diagnostic effect,accuracy of combined detection for colorectal cancer diagnosis was higher than individual diagnosis of various serum tumor markers,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum tumor biomarker levels of patients with colorectal cancer are higher than benign lesions.Combined testing is beneficial for improving diagnostic effect,so that treatment strategies can be developed early to improve prognosis of patients.
