观察经皮空心螺钉及钢板内固定在踝关节骨折治疗中的效果及对踝关节功能的影响

Effect Observation of Percutaneous Hollow Screw and Steel Plate Internal Fixation for Ankle Joint Fractures and Ankle Joint Function

目的观察经皮空心螺钉及钢板内固定在踝关节骨折治疗中的效果及对踝关节功能的影响。方法选取昆山市第四人民医院2018年1月—2022年12月收治的60例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,并按照不同的手术治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。其中,对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定术,研究组采用经皮空心螺钉+钢板内固定治疗。对比两组临床指标、安全性、关节功能。结果研究组术中出血量、手术时间均短于对照组,术后下床行走时间、住院时间和骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月时,研究组踝关节Kofoed评分可见优势,各方面评分相较于对照组均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮空心螺钉及钢板内固定治疗踝关节骨折疗效显著,可提高手术效率并促进术后康复进程,可减轻患者疼痛和手术损伤,有助于踝关节功能、活动度的全面恢复。

Objective To analyze effect and significance of percutaneous hollow screw and steel plate internal fixation treatment for ankle joint fractures.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with ankle fractures admitted to Kunshan City the Fourth People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 for analysis,divided them into control group and study group under the premise of balance,30 cases in each group,treated with different surgical methods.Control group was treated with traditional treatment with open reduction and steel plate internal fixation,while study group with percutaneous hollow screw and steel plate internal fixation treatment.Curative effect was compared between two groups in terms of clinical indicators,safety,joint function,and other aspects.Results Intraoperative blood loss and surgical time in study group was shorter than control group,postoperative walking time,hospital stay,and fracture healing time was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,study group showed advantage in Kofoed scores of ankle joint,and scores of all aspects were more statistically significant than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous hollow screw and steel plate internal fixation can achieve significant curative effect on ankle joint fractures,can improve surgical efficiency and promote postoperative recovery,reduce pain and surgical injury,and contribute to comprehensive recovery of ankle joint function and motion range of patients.
