姜附止泻丸联合美沙拉嗪颗粒治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Jiangfu Zhixie pill and mesalazine granule on ulcerative colitis with syndrome of deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang

目的:观察姜附止泻丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为两组各35例,对照组予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒,治疗组在对照组基础上予姜附止泻丸。治疗4周后比较两组患者的中医症状积分、大便情况及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗组总有效率85.71%,对照组总有效率71.43%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组的中医症状、大便情况、炎症因子均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:姜附止泻丸联合美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangfu Zhixie pill and mesalazine granule on ulcerative colitis with syndrome of deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang.Methods:70 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine sustained-release granules,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jiangfu Zhixie pills on the basis of control group.TCM symptom score,stool condition and level of inflammatory factor of patients were compared between two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 85.71%in the treatment group and 71.43%in the control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,TCM symptoms,stool condition and level of inflammatory factors of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jiangfu Zhixie pills and mesalazine sustained-release granules on ulcerative colitis with syndrome of deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang is better,which can obviously improve TCM symptoms of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
