16排螺旋CT和X线对诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折的效果分析

Diagnostic Effect Analysis of 16 Row Spiral CT and X-Ray for Occult Rib Fractures

目的 分析16排螺旋CT和X线对诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折的效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2022年6月本院接收的90例疑似肋骨隐匿性骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受X线检查和16排螺旋CT检查,以手术检查为金标准。比较不同诊断检查方式的检查结果、诊断准确率以及诊断效能。结果 90例疑似肋骨隐匿性骨折患者经过检查后,X线检查结果中有68例为肋骨隐匿性骨折患者,有22例非肋骨隐匿性骨折患者;16排螺旋CT检查结果中有76例为肋骨隐匿性骨折患者,有14例为非肋骨隐匿性骨折患者。16排螺旋CT检查的诊断准确率明显高于X线检查(P<0.05)。16排螺旋CT检查的诊断效能明显高于X线检查(P<0.05)。结论 诊断检查疑似肋骨隐匿性骨折时,X线检查和16排螺旋CT检查均可起到诊断效果,但后者的诊断准确率更高,诊断效能更好,便于为患者的诊治提供有效参考依据,值得研究使用。

Objective To analyze effect of 16 slice spiral CT and X-ray in diagnosing occult rib fractures.Methods The paper chose 90 suspected patients with occult rib fractures from June 2020 to June 2022 as study subjects,treated with X-ray examination and 16 slice spiral CT examination with gold standard of surgical examination.Examination results,diagnostic accuracy,and diagnostic effectiveness of different diagnostic examination methods were compared.Results After examination,68 cases were occult rib fractures among 90 suspected patients with occult rib fractures based on X-ray examination results,and 22 cases were non occult rib fractures.76 cases were occult rib fractures based on 16 row spiral CT examination results,and 14 cases were non occult rib fractures.Diagnostic accuracy of 16 slice spiral CT examination was significantly higher than X-ray examination(P<0.05).Diagnostic efficiency of 16 slice spiral CT examination was significantly higher than X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Both X-ray examination and 16 slice spiral CT examination can achieve diagnostic effect for suspected occult rib fractures,but the latter has higher diagnostic accuracy and better diagnostic effectiveness,can provide more effective reference for future diagnosis and treatment of patients,which is worthy of research and application.
