预见性护理对胃肠道手术患者术后康复和并发症的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Complications of Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的探索预见性护理对胃肠道手术患者术后康复和并发症的影响。方法选择2021年10月—2022年10月在我院接受胃肠道手术的90名患者,按随机比例法将其分为参比组和实验组,每组45例。参比组患者采取常规护理,实验组患者采取常规护理基础上的预见性护理。对比两组患者术后恢复情况、切口愈合情况、并发症和护理满意度。结果实验组患者的术后恢复情况均短于参比组(P<0.05),实验组患者切口愈合率(97.78%)高于参比组(82.22%)(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率比参比组较低,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较患者的护理满意度,实验组比参比组高(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠道手术患者给予预见性护理的效果比较好,可改善患者一般情况,降低并发症发生风险,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and complications of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 90 patients who received gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:reference group and experimental group,with 45 cases each.The patients in the reference group took routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group took predictive nursing based on routine nursing.Postoperative recovery,incision healing,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery of patients in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05),the incision healing rate of patients in the experimental group was 97.78%higher than that in the reference group(82.22%,P<0.05),and the complication rate of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of predictive nursing for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery is better,which can improve the general condition of patients and reduce the risk of complications.
