感觉统合训练联合心理干预对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿认知功能及心理行为的影响

Effect of Sensory Integration Training Combined with Psychological Intervention on Cognitive Function and Psychological Behavior of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍患儿实施感觉统合训练联合心理干预对其认知功能及心理行为产生的影响。方法将2020年4月—2021年10月在本院接受治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍的患儿纳入实验中,共计88例,利用随机数表法将所有患儿分为对照组以及观察组,每组44例,分别给予心理干预以及感觉统合训练,收集并对比两组患者的心理行为以及认知功能数据。结果两组患儿干预前的认知功能评分差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿干预后的系列关系能力、类同比较能力、抽象推理能力、比较推理能力、知觉辨别能力、智商数各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿干预前的心理行为评分差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿干预后学习问题、心身障碍、品行问题、焦虑、冲动-多动、多动指数的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取感觉统合训练与心理干预联合手段对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿实施临床干预,有助于提高其认知功能,改善心理行为,值得普及。

Objective To explore the effects of sensory integration training combined with psychological intervention on cognitive function and psychological behavior in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods 88 children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)who received treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were included in the experiment.Using a random number table method,all children were divided into a control group of 44 cases and an observation group,and received psychological intervention and sensory integration training,respectively.The psychological behavior and cognitive function data of the two groups of patients were collected and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in cognitive function scores between the two groups of children before intervention(P>0.05);After intervention,the observation group had higher scores in series relationship ability,analogical comparison ability,abstract reasoning ability,comparative reasoning ability,perceptual discrimination ability,and IQ than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological and behavioral scores of the two groups of children before intervention(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of learning problems,psychosomatic disorders,conduct problems,anxiety,impulsivity hyperactivity,and hyperactivity index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a combination of sensory integration training and psychological intervention to implement clinical intervention for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can help improve their cognitive function,improve psychological behavior,and is worthy of popularization.
