摘要
目的 探讨早期康复护理联合早期肠内营养支持对重症肺炎患者的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的60例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽取法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理及营养支持,观察组采用早期康复护理联合早期肠内营养支持。比较两组临床指标、干预前后营养指标及不耐受症状发生情况。结果 两组患者在干预后的各项指标均有所改善,观察组的机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、营养学指标水平、肠内营养不耐受症状发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理联合早期肠内营养支持可有效缩短重症肺炎患者康复时间,改善患者营养功能,且能降低不耐受症状的发生率。
Objective To explore application effect of early rehabilitation nursing combined with early enteral nutrition support on patients with severe pneumonia.Methods January 1,2021 was taken as the starting date,and the 60 patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from that day until December 31,2022 will be considered as the main object to explore whether the effect of early rehabilitation care and early enteral nutrition support will be significant.In order to ensure the objectivity,fairness and reference of the study results,all patient medical records were disrupted before the study,and random selection was divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Routine care and nutritional support,and the observation group used early rehabilitation care combined with early enteral nutrition support in the control group.Clinical indicators,nutritional indicators before and after intervention and the occurrence of intolerance symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:Although all the indicators improved after the intervention,the duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU stay,and nutritional index level and incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing combined with early enteral nutrition support can shorten recovery time of severe pneumonia patients effectively,improve nutritional function and reduce incidence of intolerance symptoms.
