补肾活血疏肝汤联合耳穴压丸治疗帕金森病伴睡眠障碍的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Tonifying Kidney,Promoting Blood Circulation and Soothing Liver Decoction Combined with Ear Point Pressing Pills in Treatment of Parkinson's Disease with Sleep Disorders

目的研究补肾活血疏肝汤联合耳穴压丸治疗帕金森病伴睡眠障碍的效果评价。方法选取本院2021年12月—2023年1月诊治的52例帕金森病伴睡眠障碍患者,按照本院名单系统对患者进行抽取匹配,将其分为一般治疗组(26例,采取补肾活血疏肝汤进行普通治疗)与联合治疗组(26例,在采取补肾活血疏肝汤治疗的同时联合耳穴压丸治疗)。对两组患者经过治疗后的各项睡眠指标情况、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组帕金森病伴睡眠障碍患者各项睡眠指标明显优于一般治疗组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组帕金森病伴睡眠障碍患者PSQI及ESS显著优于一般治疗组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取补肾活血疏肝汤联合耳穴压丸治疗帕金森病伴睡眠障碍的效果显著,在临床中可以向帕金森病伴睡眠障碍患者推广与宣传。

Objective To evaluate effect of tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and soothing liver decoction combined with ear point pressing pills in treatment of Parkinson's disease with sleep disorders.Methods The paper chose 52 patients with Parkinson's disease and sleep disorders in our hospital from December 2021 to January 2023,and divided them into general treatment group(26 cases,treated with tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and soothing liver decoction for general treatment)and combination treatment group(26 cases,with tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and soothing liver decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing pills)according to list system of our hospital.Sleep indicators,pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)were statistically analyzed between two groups after two treatment methods.Results Sleep indicators of Parkinson's disease patients with sleep disorders in combination treatment group were significantly better than general treatment group.in terms of data statistics,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).PSQI and ESS of Parkinson's disease patients with sleep disorders in combination treatment group were significantly better than general treatment group.Data statistics showed significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of BuSHEN Huoxue Shugan TANG and Ear Point Pressing Pill has significant effect on treatment of Parkinson's disease with sleep disorders,and can be promoted and promoted to Parkinson's disease patients with sleep disorders in clinical practice.
