摘要
目的分析骨康Ⅰ号治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症的效果。方法将2022年10月—2023年10月济宁市中医院骨伤科收治的60例骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中,对照组采用维生素D与钙剂治疗,观察组采用骨康I号联合维生素D与钙剂治疗,对比两组治疗效果、骨密度、骨代谢生化指标、中医症状评分及疼痛评分等。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,且治疗后骨密度水平、T值均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PINP、25-(OH)D3高于对照组,β-CTX低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨康I号治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松症效果明显,能有效缓解患者症状,减轻疼痛程度,有效提高骨密度和骨代谢指标,促进骨形成,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze curative effect of Gukang No.Ⅰ on osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods The paper divided 60 patients with osteoporosis admitted to orthopedics and traumatology department of Jining City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 into two groups with random number table method.30 cases in control group were treated with vitamin D and calcium,while 30 cases in observation group with combination of Gukang No.Ⅰ and vitamin D and calcium.Curative effect,bone density,biochemical indicators of bone metabolism,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and pain scores were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 70.0%in control group.After treatment,bone density level and T-value were higher than control group,VAS scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PINP and 25-(OH)D3 levels in observation group were higher than control group,β-CTX was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gukang No.Ⅰ can achieve clear curative effect on osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,can alleviate symptoms and pains,increase bone density,improve bone metabolism indicators,promote bone formation,and improve life quality of patients effectively.
