探析药学干预对喹诺酮类抗菌药物临床合理用药的影响

Effect Exploration of Pharmaceutical Intervention on Rational Use of Quinolone Antibiotics in Clinical Practice

目的分析在喹诺酮类抗菌药物中实施药学干预对临床合理用药的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的300例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。其中,对照组未实行药学干预,观察组采取药学干预,对比两组合理用药效果。结果观察组用药合理性以及治疗效果均高于对照组;不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗中对使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物的患者实施药学干预,能够提高用药合理性,减少患者不良反应的发生,用药安全性得到提升,对临床疾病的治疗具有积极作用。

Objective To analyze effect of pharmaceutical intervention with quinolone antibiotics on clinical rational drug use.Methods The paper chose 300 patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 150 cases in each group.Control group was not treated with pharmaceutical intervention,while observation group with pharmaceutical intervention.Rational drug use effect was compared between two groups.Results Rationality of medication and treatment effect in observation group was higher than control group.Incidence of adverse reactions was lower in control group than in control group(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical interventions can improve medication rationality,reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improve medication safety of patients with quinolone antibiotics in clinical treatment,which has positive effect on clinical diseases.
