Construction Model and Practice of Empowering High Quality Development of Grassroots Public Hospitals with Smart Traditional Chinese Medicine

推动智慧中医发展,使其为基层公立医院高质量发展赋能,可切实转变基层公立医院发展现状,使基层公立医院发展手段越来越多元化,增强发展的科学性、有效性。文章主要围绕基层公立医院发展现状展开研究,从智慧中医的视角出发,研究智慧中医赋能基层公立医院高质量发展的价值,并且结合基层公立医院高质量发展模式,对有效的实践策略进行探究,通过建立“互联网+智慧中医”以及促进智慧中医升级转型等方式,实现基层公立医院高质量发展的现实目标。

Under backgroud of development of smart traditional Chinese medicine,promoting development of smart traditional Chinese medicine and empowering it for high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals can transform current development status of grassroots public hospitals effectively,make development methods of grassroots public hospitals more diversified,and enhance scientificity and effect of the development.The article mainly studied current situation of development of grassroots public hospitals,discussed value of smart Chinese medicine in enabling high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals from the perspective of smart Chinese medicine,and explored effective practical strategies in combination with high-quality development model of grassroots public hospitals,to truly highlight effect of smart Chinese medicine,establish the Internet plus+smart Chinese medicine model and promot upgrading and transformation of smart Chinese medicine,and achieve realistic goal of high-quality development of grassroots public hospitals.
