补中益气汤加减治疗对肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的影响

Effect of Modified Tonifying Middle-Jiao and Benefiting Qi Decoction on Immune Function and Tumor Markers of Chemotherapy Patients of Lung Spleen Deficiency Type with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的分析补中益气汤加减治疗对肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月本院收治的肺脾气虚型NSCLC患者120例作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,对照组有60例患者,治疗方式为标准化疗;观察组有60例患者,治疗方式为以对照组为基础进行补中益气汤加减治疗;对比两组近期效果、免疫功能及肿瘤标志物水平。结果对比近期有效率,观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等指标都比对照组高,CD8^(+)低于对照组,癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原-199(CA199)、人细胞角蛋白21-1片段(CYFRA21)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型NSCLC,近期效果较好,使患者免疫功能得到改善,肿瘤标志物水平明显降低~([1])。

Objective To analyze effect of modified tonifying middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi decoction for chemotherapy patients of lung qi deficiency type with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The paper chose 120 non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with lung spleen deficiency type in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,60 cases in control group were treated with standard chemotherapy,60 cases in observation group with modified tonifying middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi based on control group.Recent effect,immune function,and tumor marker levels were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher recent effective rate than control group,difference showed research value(P<0.05).After treatment,indicators of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than control group.CD8^(+)was lower than control group,while carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen-199(CA199),and human cytokeratin 21-1 fragment(CYFRA21)was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified tonifying middle-Jiao and benefiting Qi decoction can achieve good short-term effect in treatment of lung spleen qi deficiency type NSCLC,can improve immune function and reduce levels of tumor markers significantly.
