中药药氧疗法改善颅脑外伤患者头晕症状的效果研究

Application Study of TCM Oxygen Therapy to Improve Dizziness Symptoms of Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

目的观察中药药氧治疗颅脑外伤患者头晕的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月—2023年6月梅州市中医医院脑病科病房收治的颅脑外伤患者60例作为研究对象,随机将其分为2组,一组接受西医基础治疗,设为对照组;一组接受中药药氧治疗,设为观察组。每组30例,一周为一个疗程,观察对比患者治疗前后头晕症状缓解情况。结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为颅脑外伤后头晕患者提供中药药氧治疗,有助于改善患者头晕症状,提升患者的满意度,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine oxygen therapy in treatment of dizziness of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with traumatic brain injury in neurology department of Meizhou City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,one group was treated with basic western medicine treatment and the other with traditional Chinese medicine oxygen therapy,with 30 cases in each group,including control group and observation group,with treatment course of one week.Relief of dizziness symptoms of patients was observed and compared before and after treatment.Results Clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Life quality of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine oxygen therapy can improve dizziness symptoms,enhance satisfaction degree,and improve life quality of patients with dizziness after traumatic brain injury,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
