高校图书馆学科人物特色资源采集内容研究

摘要 [目的/意义]在“双一流”高校建设背景下,学者在学科建设和发展中起着引领作用,探究高校学科人物特色资源采集内容,以期为高校图书馆的学科特色资源建设提供依据与参照。[方法/过程]采用基于文本的扎根理论方法,从“学术”和“学人”两个维度提炼学科人物特色资源采集内容。基于采集内容设计调查问卷,通过专家调研的方式,调整资源范畴,修正和完善学科人物特色资源采集内容框架,并对其进行成分分析。[结果/结论]研究表明学科人物特色资源可以从学科经历、个体经历和社会经历3个层面6个主范畴展开采集工作,“学术”维度包括学科经历一个层面下科学研究、教育教学、学术交流3个范畴的资源,“学人”维度包括个体经历和社会经历两个层面下学者生平、人物评价、社会关系4个范畴的资源。以资源采集内容为导向,高校图书馆可以从完善工作制度,拓展资源采集途径、采集方法等方面展开资源建设工作。 [Purpose/Significance]Under the construction of“Double First-Class Initiative”universities,scholars play a leading role in the development of disciplines.This paper explores the scholars characteristic resources collection of academic disciplines,aiming to provide basis and reference for the construction of characteristic resources in university libraries.[Method/Process]In this paper,based on the text grounded theory,this paper extracted the characteristic resources collection content from two dimensions of“academic”and“scholar”.Based on the collected content,it designed a questionnaire.Through expert research,it adjusted the scope of resources,and revised and improved the framework of collecting characteristic resources,and conducted the component analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The study shows that scholars characteristic resources can be collected from six main categories at three levels of academic experience,individual experience,and social experience.The“academic”dimension includes resources of scientific research,education and teaching,and academic communication under the academic experience,while the“scholar”dimension includes resources of scholars’life,academic evaluation,and social relations under the individual experience and social experience.Guided by the content of resource collection,university libraries can carry out resource construction from the aspects of perfecting the work system,expanding the ways and methods of resource collection.
