药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用

Application of Rational Drug Classification and Drug Supervision System in Management of Western Pharmacy

目的探讨药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月在本院接受西药房服务的356例患者作为研究对象。2020年7—12月,西药房实施常规管理制度,本研究将在此期间接受服务的患者设为常规组(n=178例);2021年1—7月,西药房实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度,本研究将在此期间接受服务的患者设为研究组(n=178例)。对比两组中工作人员出现差错(发放错误、配置错误、登记错误、分类错误)的情况及两组患者满意度。结果研究组药房医务人员出现差错的总发生率低于常规组,差异显著,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患者总满意度高于常规组,差异显著,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论实施药品合理分类及药品监管制度可以更好地管理西药房工作,进而减少药房药品发放错误等事件,以保障患者用药安全,获得较高的满意度评分。

Objective To explore application of rational drug classification and drug supervision system in management of western pharmacy of hospitals.Methods The paper chose 356 patients with western pharmacy services in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 as study subjects.Those treated with routine management system in western pharmacy from July to December 2020 were included in routine group(n=178),those treated with services from January to July 2021 were included in study group(n=178),with reasonable drug classification and drug supervision system in western pharmacy.Situation of staff errors(distribution errors,configuration errors,registration errors,classification errors)and satisfaction degree of patients was compared between two groups.Results Total incidence of errors of medical staff in study group was lower than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable drug classification and drug supervision system can manage work of Western pharmacies,reduce incidents of drug distribution errors,ensure medication safety,and increase satisfaction degree of patients.
