康复护理程序在脑卒中患者偏瘫康复中的应用效果分析

Application Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing Programs in Hemiplegia Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

目的分析康复护理程序在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院脑卒中后偏瘫患者展开对照研究,按随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组按既往常规护理程序干预,观察组则实施康复护理程序干预;观察护理干预后两组患者的康复情况。结果护理前两组的神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评分相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组NIHSS评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度及生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者行康复护理干预可有效改善患者的神经功能,并提升患者的护理满意度及生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze effect of rehabilitation nursing procedures on recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods The paper chose patients with post-stroke hemiplegia in our hospital for controlled study,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with rehabilitation nursing intervention.Recovery after nursing intervention was observed between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the NIHSS scores before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,NIHSS scores in observation group were lower than control group,(p<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree and life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve neurological function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and enhance nursing satisfaction degree and life quality effectively,which has clinical application value.
