黄芪建中汤联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效

Curative Effect of Astragalus Decoction for Tonifying Middle-Jiao Combined with Triple Therapy for Peptic Ulcer

目的分析黄芪建中汤+三联疗法在消化性溃疡患者治疗中的可行性以及对患者症状的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年5月本院接诊的70例消化性溃疡患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。其中,对照组采取三联疗法治疗干预,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施黄芪建中汤治疗,评价两组患者治疗效果差异。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,胃脘隐痛、食后腹胀、泛吐清水评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床症状消失时间早于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在消化性溃疡患者治疗干预期间,在常规三联疗法的基础上对患者实施黄芪建中汤治疗可达到提升治疗效果、促进患者症状临床改善的目标,是一种安全的药物治疗方案。

Objective To analyze feasibility of astragalus decoction for tonifying middle-jiao+triple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer and its effect on symptoms of patients.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 as observation subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with triple therapy intervention,while observation group with astragalus decoction for tonifying middle-jiao on the basis of control group.Difference in curative effect between two groups was evaluated.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of epigastric pain,postprandial bloating,and watery vomiting after treatment were lower than control group,difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Disappearance time of clinical symptoms in observation group was earlier than control group,difference between groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion During treatment intervention period of patients with peptic ulcer,astragalus decoction for tonifying middle-jiao on the basis of routine triple therapy can achieve the goal of improving curative effect and clinical symptoms of patients,which a safe drug treatment scheme.
