两种骨密度测量和分析方法评价腰椎骨密度的检测结果比较

摘要 目的探讨两种临床常用骨密度测量和分析方法评价腰椎骨密度的检测效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月在本院体检的60名年龄在40~70岁的健康女性作为研究对象。分别用DXA和QCT检测,观察分析骨质疏松检出率以及骨密度正常检出率。结果DXA与QCT测量对骨质疏松的检出率分别为35.00%和36.67%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对骨密度正常的检出率分别是31.67%和36.67%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种骨密度测量和分析方法在检测腰椎骨密度方面具有较高的一致性和准确性,尽管两种软件在算法和测量方式上存在一定的差异,但它们均能提供可靠且准确的测量结果。 Objective To explore detection effect of two commonly used clinical bone density measurement and analysis methods for lumbar spine bone density.Methods The paper chose 60 healthy women aged 40-70 in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022,examined with DXA and QCT respectively,observed and analyzed detection rates of osteoporosis and normal bone density.Results Detection rates of osteoporosis by DXA and QCT measurements were 35.00%and 36.67%respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Detection rates of normal bone density were 31.67%and 36.67%respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Two types of bone density measurement and analysis have high consistency and accuracy in detecting lumbar spine bone density.There is some certain difference in algorithms and measurement methods between two software,but both can provide reliable and accurate measurement results.
