优质护理干预在风湿性心脏病手术患者中对术后疼痛的影响研究

Effect Research of High-Quality Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Patients with Rheumatic Heart Disease Surgery

目的研究优质护理干预在风湿性心脏病手术患者中对术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2023年6月本院收治的风湿性心脏病手术患者262例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组131例。其中,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理干预,对比手术指标、疼痛指标以及心理状态评分。结果观察组手术指标、疼痛指标以及心理状态评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预对于风湿性心脏病手术的成功和患者的康复至关重要。通过全面、个性化的护理,可以有效地降低手术风险,预防并发症的发生,并提供患者所需的支持和关怀。

Objective To study effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients with rheumatic heart disease surgery.Methods The paper chose 262 patients with rheumatic heart disease surgery,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with high-quality nursing intervention.Surgical indicators,pain indicators,and psychological status scores were compared.Results Observation group had better surgical indicators,pain indicators,and psychological state scores than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention is crucial for success of rheumatic heart disease surgery and recovery of patients.Comprehensive and personalized nursing can effectively reduce surgical risks,prevent complications,and provide support and nursing for patients.
