慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗的效果观察

Curative Effect Observation of Budesonide and Formoterol Powder Inhalation for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月本院收治的84例慢阻肺患者为研究对象,并按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。其中,对照组应用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的各肺功能指标均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率均较低,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对慢阻肺患者而言,在治疗过程中增加使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,可显著改善患者的肺功能,并能提升其生活质量。经过深入研究和评估,该治疗方法被安全可行,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze effect of budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,while observation group with an additional inhaler of budesonide and formoterol powder on the basis of control group.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,lung function indicators in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was relatively low(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation can improve lung function and life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease significantly,which is safe and feasible.
