雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗反流胃食管病的疗效及安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Rabeprazole Combined with Trimebutine Maleate in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的探究雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗反流胃食管病的疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年8月—2022年8月本院收治的反流胃食管病患者86例为研究对象,根据抽签法分为参照组和联合组,每组43例。其中,参照组给予单服雷贝拉唑治疗,联合组给予雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗,治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果实施雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗后,联合组临床疗效显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合马来酸曲美布汀与单用雷贝拉唑药物相比较,能更有效提高反流胃食管病患者临床症状的改善效果,且患者不良反应发生率更低,临床安全性更高,值得临床运用和推广。

Objective To explore effect and safety of rabeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 as study subjects by convenience sampling,and divided them into reference group and combination group according to drawing method,with 43 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with rabeprazole only,while combination group with rabeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate.Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment of rabeprazole combined with trimebutine maleate,clinical effect of combination group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of rabeprazole and trimebutine maleate can improve clinical symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease more effectively than rabeprazole only,with lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher clinical safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
