摘要
目的分析PDCA循环管理法用于中药房管理的应用效果。方法将本院2020年1—12月实施常规管理期间在中药房取药的200例患者设为对照组,将2021年1—12月实施PDCA管理方案期间在中药房取药的200例患者设为观察组,对比两组患者的取药时长、药物调剂差错率、退药率、处方合格率以及对中药房服务满意度,同时对比两组药物调剂工作质量评分水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组取药时长明显缩短,药物调剂差错率、退药率明显下降,而处方合格率和对中药房服务满意度则明显提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组中药房管理工作质量评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中药房实施PDCA循环管理模式能够有效提高中药房工作人员的工作质量和工作效率,防止调剂差错的发生。
Objective To analyze application effect of PDCA cycle management method in management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with medication in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of in our hospital during routine management period from January to December 2020 as control group,and 200 patients with medication from traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy during PDCA management plan period from January to December 2021 as observation group.Medication retrieval time,medication dispensing error rate,withdrawal rate,prescription qualification rate,and satisfaction degree with service in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy was compared between two groups.and quality rating levels of drug dispensing were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had more significant reduction in medication retrieval time,more significant decrease in medication dispensing error rate and withdrawal rate than than control group,while prescription qualification rate and satisfaction degree with traditional Chinese medicine room services was significantly higher,(P<0.05).Moreover,quality scores of traditional Chinese medicine room management in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management model can effectively improve work quality and efficiency of staff,and reduce incidence of dispensing errors in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies.
