尿毒症患者血液透析整体护理的研究

目的研究整体护理运用于尿毒症患者血液透析中的价值。方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月本院接收的50例尿毒症血液透析患者,以随机排列法划分成A组和B组,每组25例。其中,A组实施常规护理,B组开展整体护理,比较各组护理前后的抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)、磷(P)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MC)、生活质量(SF-36)及并发症情况,比较两组护理结果。结果护理前,两组的SAS、SDS对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,B组评分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的P、BUN、Scr、β2-MC对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,B组各指标均较A组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的SF-36评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的各项SF-36评分均高于护理前,且B组较A组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理的效果更为理想,能够清除患者负面情绪,增强血液净化的作用,减少并发症,促进生活质量提升,值得推广。

Objective To study value of holistic nursing for uremic patients with hemodialysis.Methods The paper chose 50 uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine nursing,group B with holistic nursing.Depression and anxiety selfassessment scales(SDS,SAS),Phosphorus(P),BUN,Scr,β2-microglobulin(β2-MC),life quality(SF-36),and complications were compared between two groups,nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:SAS and SDS showed no significant difference between two groups before nursing,(P>0.05).After nursing,scores of group B were lower than group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in P,BUN,Scr,andβ2-MC between two groups before nursing,(P>0.05).After nursing,indicators in group were lower than group A,(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).SF-36 scores in two groups after nursing were higher than before,those of group B were higher than group A,(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in group B was 16.00%,lower than 44.00%in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can achieve ideal effect,eliminate negative emotions,enhance blood purification,reduce complications,and improve life quality of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
