科普游戏赋能健康教育模式在眼科日间手术患者和照顾者培训中的应用及效果分析

Application Exploration and Effect Analysis of Science Popularization Games Empower Health Education Model for Ophthalmic Day Surgery Patients and Caregiver Training

摘要 目的探讨科普游戏赋能健康教育模式在眼科日间手术患者和照顾者培训中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7—12月在本科进行日间手术的患者和照顾者为研究对象。2022年7—9月实施日间手术的患者和照顾者33名为对照组,采用常规健康教育模式进行健康教育。2022年10—12月实施日间手术的患者和照顾者31名为实验组,采用科普游戏赋能健康教育模式进行健康教育。术后1个月对比两组满意度、健康教育知晓率、依从性。结果实验组满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对手卫生、戴眼罩、体位、并发症和出院流程的健康教育知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组对滴眼液高度、饮食和复诊时间的知晓率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用科普游戏赋能健康教育模式对患者及照顾者进行健康教育,可以提高患者及照顾者满意度、健康教育知晓率及依从性。 Objective To explore application effect of science popularization games empowering health education model for ophthalmic day surgery patients and caregiver training.Methods The paper chose daytime surgery patients and caregivers in our department from July 2022 to December 2022,33 daytime surgery patients and caregivers from July to September 2022 were included in control group,treated with routine health education,and 31 daytime surgery patients and caregivers from October to December 2022 in experimental group,treated with science popularization games empowering health education model.One month after surgery,satisfaction degree,health education awareness,and compliance was compared between two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in satisfaction degree between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).Experimental group had higher awareness rate of health education on hand hygiene,wearing eye mask,posture,complications,and discharge procedures than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in health education awareness rates of eye drop height,diet,and follow-up time between two groups,(P>0.05).Compliance of experimental group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Science popularization games empowering health education model can improve satisfaction degree,awareness and compliance with health education of patients and caregivers.
