加速康复外科理念在腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术患者中的应用价值评估

Application Value Evaluation of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept for Patients with Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

目的探讨加速康复外科理念在腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月就诊于本院的腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术患者78例为研究对象,并随机分为试验组和对照组,每组39例。其中,试验组引入加速康复外科理念实施干预,对照组实施常规干预,对两组患者的干预效果进行评估和对比。结果并发症对比,试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后恢复情况(首次排便、首次肛门排气、首次下床活动、首次饮水、拔除导尿管、拔除引流管、住院时间)对比,试验组比对照组更好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量对比,试验组比对照组更好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术患者治疗中,运用加速康复外科理念具有较高的应用价值,该方法可减少患者并发症的发生,可促进患者康复,提升患者的生活质量,建议推广。

Objective To evaluate intervention value of accelerating recovery surgical concept for patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 as the evaluation subjects,and divided them into experimental group of 39 cases,treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery,and control group of 39 cases with routine intervention randomly.Intervention effect was evaluated and compared.Results Complications comparison showed,total incidence rate of complications in experimental group was 12.82%,better than 35.90%in control group,with P<0.05.Experimental group had better postoperative recovery(first defecation,first anal discharge,first ambulation,first drinking water,removal of catheters,removal of drainage tubes,and length of hospital stay)than control group,with P<0.05.Experimental group had better life quality than control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion Accelerating recovery surgical concept can achieve high application value,reduce complications,promote recovery,and improve life quality of patients during laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,which is worthy of promotion.
