微信平台的延续性护理对宫颈癌根治术患者自护能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Self-Care Ability and Life Quality of Cervical Cancer Patients with Radical Surgery Based on Wechat Platform

目的观察宫颈癌根治术患者接受基于微信平台的延续性护理对其自护能力和生活质量产生的影响。方法选取2020年4月—2022年12月本院收治的60例宫颈癌根治术患者为研究对象,并按单双号分组法分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。其中,对照组采用常规延续性护理,实验组采用基于微信平台的延续性护理,对比两组患者自护能力、生活质量、心理状态、护理满意度和并发症情况。结果护理后,实验组患者各项自护能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者生活质量各项评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术患者应用基于微信平台的延续性护理,可显著提高患者自护能力和生活质量,患者不良心态得以及时纠正,护理满意度更高,并发症发生率更低。

Objective To observe effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on selfcare ability and life quality of patients with cervical cancer radical surgery.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cervical cancer with radical surgery in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine continuous nursing,while experimental group with continuous nursing based on WeChat platform.Self-care ability,life quality,psychological status,nursing satisfaction degree and complications was compared between two groups.Results After nursing,self-care ability scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05),life quality scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).SAS(24.35±1.52)and SDS(24.74±1.82)scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05),incidence of complications in experimental group was 3.33%,lower than control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing based on WeChat platform can significantly improve self-care ability,life quality,correct negative attitude timely,increase nursing satisfaction degree of cervical cancer radical surgery patients,which has low incidence of complications.
