益气固本汤联合肺功能康复训练治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对患者气道重塑和气道炎症的影响

Effect of Yiqi Guben Decoction Combined with Lung Function Rehabilitation Training on Bronchial Asthma and Its Effect on Airway Remodeling and Airway Inflammation

目的:探讨益气固本汤联合肺功能康复训练治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对患者气道重塑和气道炎症的影响。方法:选择2021年4月—2023年4月丰城市中医院收治的88例支气管哮喘患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各44例。对照组接受常规西药+肺康复训练治疗,研究组接受益气固本汤联合肺功能康复训练治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、中医症候积分、肺功能指标[最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV_(1)/FVC%)]、气道重塑指标[气道总面积(TA)、气道管壁面积(WA)、气道管腔面积(LA)]及炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各项中医症候积分、气道重塑指标、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各项中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组TA、LA、PEF、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC%均高于治疗前,WA、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α均低于治疗前,且研究组TA、LA、PEF、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC%均高于对照组,WA、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气固本汤联合肺功能康复训练治疗支气管哮喘的效果显著,能够使患者临床症状快速得到缓解,改善气道重塑、减轻气道炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with lung function rehabilitation training on bronchial asthma and the effect on airway remodeling and airway inflammation.Method:A total of 88 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine+lung function rehabilitation training,and the study group was received Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with lung function rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,lung function indexes[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),ratio of FEV_(1) to forced vital capacity(FVC)(FEV_(1)/FVC%)],airway remodeling indexes[total airway area(TA),tube wall area(WA),lumen area(LA)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.82% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,airway remodeling indexes,lung function indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TA,LA,PEF,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC%of the study group were higher than those before treatment,WA,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α were lower than those before treatment,and TA,LA,PEF,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC% of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and WA,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Guben Decoction combined with lung function rehabilitation training has a remarkable effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma,which can quickly relieve clinical symptoms,improve airway remodeling and reduce airway inflammation.
