利湿解毒汤联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片在子宫颈高危HPV感染中的应用效果

Clinical Study of Lishi Jiedu Decoction Combined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the Treatment of High-risk Cervical HPV Infection

目的:观察利湿解毒汤联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗子宫颈高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月龙岩人民医院收治的82例子宫颈高危HPV感染患者,随机分为观察组与常规组,各41例。常规组接受人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上联合利湿解毒汤治疗。比较两组中医症状评分、临床疗效、HPV转阴率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组中医症候的主症、次症评分及总分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90.24%,高于常规组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HPV转阴率为90.24%,高于常规组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利湿解毒汤联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗子宫颈高危HPV感染的效果显著,可促进HPV转阴,且安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lishi Jiedu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets on cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:A total of 82 patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and routine group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Lishi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of conventional group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,clinical efficacy,HPV negative conversion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms scores and total scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 73.17% of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of HPV in observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 70.73% in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lishi Jiedu Decoction combined with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets is effective in treating cervical high-risk HPV infection,promoting HPV to turn negative,and has good safety.
