舒血宁注射液对PCI术后患者炎症因子、氧化应激及内皮功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨舒血宁注射液对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者炎症因子、氧化应激及内皮功能影响。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年1月于江西省人民医院行PCI的患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例;其中对照组接受常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用舒血宁注射液。比较两组的炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumour necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]、氧化应激[脂质过氧化物(lipid peroxide,LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)]及内皮功能[肱动脉流量介导的舒张(flow-mediated dilation,FMD)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)]。结果:治疗2周后,两组TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组LPO、MDA、ET-1水平均低于治疗前,SOD、NO、肱动脉FMD水平均高于治疗前,且观察组LPO、MDA、ET-1水平均低于对照组,SOD、NO、肱动脉FMD水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗基础上加用舒血宁注射液可有效改善PCI术后患者炎症因子及氧化应激水平,调节内皮功能。 Objective:To explore the effects of Shuxuening Injection on inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and endothelial function in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 200 patients undergoing PCI in Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment;observation group was supplemented with Shuxuening Injection on the basis of control group.The inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],oxidative stress[lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],endothelial function[brachial artery flow-mediated dilation(FMD),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)]in two groups were compared.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,LPO,MDA and ET-1 levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,SOD,NO and brachial artery FMD levels were higher than those before treatment,and LPO,MDA and ET-1 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,SOD,NO and brachial artery FMD levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Shuxuening Injection can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress after PCI,and regulate endothelial function.
