大电流柔性母线的研发与应用

摘要 介绍传统低压大电流电力传输过程中多拼电缆和母线槽配电产品存在的不足,对比、分析新型大电流柔性母线和传统大电流产品的技术特点。大电流柔性母线技术产品具有体积小、防护等级高、导电性好、载流量高、导体柔软、散热好、损耗小等特点,可较好克服传统大电流产品存在的问题。同时,介绍大电流柔性母线在超充站、储能等新能源领域应用前景及应用案例。 During the process oftraditional low-voltage high-current power transmission,there is a shortage of multiple spliced cable and busway distribution products.Technical features of new high-current flexible busbar and traditional high-current products are compared and analyzed.High-current flexible busbar products are characterized by small volume,high degree of protection,goodelectrical conductivity,high current-carrying capacity,flexible conductor,good heat dissipation performance,and small loss,which can overcome the problems in traditional high-current products.Meanwhile,the applicationprospect and application ncasesof high-current flexible busbar in the new energy field such as supercharging station and energy storage are introduced.
