摘要
为确定古城煤矿S1306工作面初次来压步距、周期来压步距和支架选型的合理性,本文通过理论分析、数值模拟等方法进行工作面矿压规律研究,基于组合梁理论,计算确定古城煤矿S1306工作面初次来压步距44.03 m,周期来压步距15.75 m,与实测值相符,利用数值模拟进行工作面不同推进范围下的塑性区、垂直应力和位移的模拟,确定工作面老顶初次垮落步距为46~49 m,周期来压步距为11~13 m,与实测值较吻合,且工作面支架阻力符合工作面生产要求。
In order to determine the initial weighting and periodic weighting step and the rationality of support selection of No.S1306 Face in Gucheng Mine,the mining pressure law of working face was studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Based on the theory of composite beam,the initial weighting step of working face was 44.03 m,and the periodic weighting step was 15.75 m,which was consistent with the measured values.The plastic zone,vertical stress and displacement of working face in different advancing ranges were simulated by numerical simulation.It was determined that the first caving step of the main roof of the working face was 46 ~ 49 m,and the periodic weighting step was 11 ~ 13 m,which was in good agreement with the measured values,and the support resistance of the working face met the production requirements of the working face.
