摘要
龙泉能源发展有限公司4203工作面在开采时巷道应力显现强烈,巷道底鼓和两帮变形量较大,严重影响了工作面安全生产和推采速度,为了保障相邻的4205工作面能顺利开采,决定对该工作面两顺槽顶板进行卸压。分析了目前应用较广的深孔爆破和水力压裂卸压技术,决定采用水力压裂,并根据4205工作面实际情况,设计了水力压裂方案。实践表明,设计的卸压方案实施后,顶板可以按计划有序垮落,底鼓和两帮变形得到有效控制,保障了4205工作面安全高效开采。
No.4203 Face of Longquan Energy Development Co.,Ltd.had strong roadway stress during mining,and the deformation of roadway floor heave and two sides was large,which seriously affected the safe production and mining speed of the working face.In order to ensure the smooth mining of the adjacent No.4205 Face,it was decided to relieve the pressure on the roof of the two crossheadings of the working face.This paper analyzed the widely used deep hole blasting and hydraulic fracturing pressure relief technology,and decided to adopt hydraulic fracturing.According to the actual situation of No.4205 Face,the hydraulic fracturing scheme was designed.Practice showed that after the implementation of the designed pressure relief scheme,the roof could collapse in an orderly manner as planned,and the floor heave and the deformation of the two sides were effectively controlled,which ensured the safe and efficient mining of No.4205 Face.
